BSV II has an Investors Committee and
a Scientific Advisory Board.
The Investors
Committee advises the management on matters of fund strategy, makes decisions
on conflicts of interest and assumes the function of audit committee.

Scientific Advisory Board
advises the management on matters of technological trends, the development of
target markets and the assessment of investment projects.
